30 to CR 1001 to Hwy 49 to CR 1735 to the ramp.

I-30 to Mt Pleasant. Exit 271 and go right/south a short distance and take a left/southeast on 49 several miles to 1735. Several more miles on 1735 and take a left on SE 23A. Public boat ramp sign at the turn for 23A. 23A deadends into the lake(ramp). Google Maps is your friend!

Most convenience for Lake WelCh head out EaCh on 30 all the way to Mount PleaCant before turning.
