in the NTX area that are familiar with TOHATSU outboard motors? I have a 50 HP that needs a looking at. Any references would be greatly appreciated. TYIA

My buddy and I were duck hunting TWOK last weekend and she was running like a top. All of a sudden the whole motor just out of nowhere (in the middle of the lake) she just shut down. No power, electricity ect. It has low hours and I have kept the maintenance up on it and I have no idea what it could be. I have never had any of my boats do this. I am wondering if it's some type of solenoid or fuse. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
If i dont suceed i will die trying

Check your main fuse first, it's on top of the powerhead, drivers side.

I ran a Tohatsu for years, every once in a while it would pop the fuse, no real reason why. After you check that out,and if it's still dead, then you might need some other advice.
The fuse is the only thing that will kill everything.
