Posted this in "General Equipment" but after 3 days, less than 100 views and no replies going to try it here. Any information, good and bad, with brands you are running is greatly appreciated. Also, if you have any photos of the mounts without the units blocking them that would be awesome. Worried about water being able to follow the cords under the dash to areas that aren't water hardened when raining so curious to see the different designs and if/how they address this.

Anyone running either a BoatLogix, Precision Sonar or Bass Boat Technologies console dual mount? Anyone running another brand that you recommend? It will be mounted in a 2018 Skeeter FX.

Looking to maybe upgrade to two units and wanting some feedback as to the pros and cons of each. Durability, ease of adjustment, is the dash cutout water tight, is the cable pass through designed to protect from moisture ingress while raining, etc... Any drawbacks to running them side by side on the dash (other than height)? There are a lot of photos on their websites showing them with units in place but not much showing the actual setup without units blocking the view.

Saw a lot of for sale posts with them listed on boats but didn't really see any discussions as to the quality or usability of them.

Thanks in advance for any input offered.

The Bass Boat Tech is a great mount, I run the single mount though. I have heard that the dual mount will get in the way of the cover so you will need to take units off but if you get a single mount and say a Balz Out mount to the side you could just fold the unit over when taveling and you won’t have to worry about it.
