What I do when the guys' language gets a tad too salty is tell them, "Clean it up, clean it up." I look them straight in the eye when I say it. They clean it up. Now if it was raunchy, sexually explicit wordage, I would exclaim, "Mercy, are you still 12 years old!" "Grow up!"

Grow up, nethingthatbites! It makes no difference if she is ugly or hot you still do not talk like that period whether it is another man, ugly chick, hot chick, sweet young thing or senior citizen.

I'm more concerned with his comments about torturing people . Dude has issues .

His remarks should be reported to HR but (if he is indeed a psycho) that just might trigger him .

Your decision but if you decide to report it I would also inform company security and the local LEOs .

Absolutely the right thing to do. It flat is not right...if someone else was there and you don't say something it really reflects poorly on you. My opinion of course. Really comes down to the commitment of your company around a strong culture of respect, integrity and equality.

I am so glad I don�t have an office job . I�ve had our dispatch ladies tell me some off the wall things that made me blush about other employees . I love my job
