Did not read through all the pages but......
If you are not you the individual's supervisor, say nothing to either party. That can make you a part of it. Anything constructive you try to do can be interpreted as coercion. Tell supervisor you heard some comments that made you uncomfortable with company involved and let them/HR handle it. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but there is a fine line to walk there and serious consequences if it rolls down hill on you. If she's a grown woman, let her decide if she's offended and take whatever action she thinks is appropriate. If you get called in, just tell the truth as you saw it. The employee talked about mutilating and raping coworkers. Its not really up to the woman, in my opinion.

Say what you want about Perot but he was an advocate for Vietnam veterans and POWs at a time when the American people had turned their back on the military I just found out he was only 5'5". Lost respect. I worked at EDS late 70's, first at Plano Test Division and then corporate HQ on Forest Lane in their Operations Programming and Development program. Had the pleasure of having lunch with Mr Perot one day in corporate cafeteria when he asked if he could sit with me. I was beyond impressed as my high school history teacher and coach was a big fan and I already knew a lot about him. Was a member of their corporate track team and got to play on the corporate nine hole golf course year round at least three and usually 4 days a week. I have a lot of respect for him.

To himself? He rebuilt the bridge at 91 after the flood and it is still in his name. I checked that and live close to that so I know where it is. Again I do not know who lied to you but I am just telling you the facts. I would not pay that tax bill if I didn't own it even if I had his money. Just saying. I used to catch a lot of huge stripers in 20lb range in front of the place he lives, before he built the house and put up the rip rap area there, it was a hotspot for topwater action

Didn't Ross Perot hire mercenaries to rescue a few of his employees who were jailed in Iran during the Jimmy Carter era?

Maybe talk to the lady? Tell her that if she decided to make a complaint, you would verify her account.
That way you aren't really in the middle of it, and it might give her the confidence to make the complaint if she's on the fence.
And also that way if she doesn't care, then the matter is resolved and you aren't a troublemaker so to speak. Good advise here some women can handle that talk better than others. so defiantly talk to her first or your boss may see you as a tattle tale!!

Do you have an HR dept? Tell them what you heard and let them handle it.

So, we're 10 pages. We've learned that the dude made some pretty sadistic cracks about his boss to the lady. We've learned a little about Perot, but have not seen any of his charts.
AND WE STILL DON'T KNOW IF THIS LADY IS HOT!!!
Didn't Ross Perot hire mercenaries to rescue a few of his employees who were jailed in Iran during the Jimmy Carter era?
Ross funded it and actually went on the mission.

What do we tell students to do when they hear this stuff? Don't be a rat and don't say anything about it?
How will you feel if he does carry through or he does it again and you are outed as knowing about it and saying nothing?
