Thanks Ken. I had a roll-n-lock on my old truck and it's really nice. The truck I have now had one of the folding covers and it ended up in the trash. Roll-n-lock is my recommendation plus theyve made a few improvements since I had one.

Good tips on the A-rig. I have the Roll-bac cover on my Titan. Makes it easy to launch the boat by myself. Roll it back and lower the tailgate, back the boat in then step on the tire and climb in the bed over to the front of the boat. I had a solid bed cover on my last truck and it made launching alone a bit of a pain. *I do get water in the bed in the back corners but that's not much of an issue to me.

Hey Ken! great info! what did you say they name of those bags was? I think he called them women's lingerie bags. If it were me I'd have my wife picked them up, you know the looks you'll get at check out if you do it.

I have a solid cover for my truck that is an Undercover brand. It weighs 60 pounds so it is light enough to take off if you need to and it keeps everything dry which is very important to me because I carry stuff in the back of the truck that I need to keep dry. Many of the fold up covers leak and I can't have that. I have no problem at all launching the boat with the solid cover.
For the A rig I use a Shimano A-rig rod and a Lews Super Duty reel in a 5.4-1 gear ratio. Most of the time I throw the Berkley swim baits because they are weighted internally so I don't have to glue the baits on the hook or worry about them sliding down. They come in a 5 pack which is perfect for most A rigs.
