I prefer some off brands that are personally made. I ALSO like the Bandit 200 and 300, the Norman Middle N and Deep Little N and the NOrman DD14 and DD22. I like the custom Dieter Stanford lures for balsa baits, as well as Gary Dees Dbaits. The last 2 are harder to find, but you can find them on eBay, sometimes. GREAT BAITS for finesse fishing a crankbait. Hope this helps.
Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

@Thad Rains: I have a few friends that swear by handade baits and they truely seem to enjoy them. i guess i have gotten to the point of loosing so many, the big box companies are cheaper to buy in quantities!

If you get ahold of some custom builts, they come thru cover a LOT better than the mass produced baits. Heck, some of them even HUNT as Rick Clunn calls it. Traveling in a line and then jumping to one side or the other. Takes F I N E tuning to get them to that point, however, but it can be done. I catch more fish per casts on the hand built ones than the mass produced ones, so it pays to fish with them, if you want to catch more fish per trip. Hope this helps.
