This getting older business is a real PIA.

I used to work with young guys. When a project came into the shop, they'd set it on the floor, get a chair, bend over and work on it.
When I took in a similar one, I'd put it up on a table, get a chair, and work on it at eye level.
When asked why I did that, I'd tell 'em, "You'll learn, that the older you get, the less bending over you want to do".

Now, when I bend over to pick something up, I ask myself, "What else do I need to do now that I'm down here".
