IMO, one of the worst beatings you can self-inflict is going to the mall. If you want to make it worse, then go to the Apple Store at the mall. Then if that isn't enough... go to the Apple Store, in the mall, in DECEMBER.   If you need a reason to have a whiskey night, this may help.

I went to the Knox Henderson location a couple days ago. It's not in a mall, but it was still worse than Dante's Inferno.

Made an appointment online and was in and out in 15 minutes. Wasnt near as bad as I figured it would be.
