Scagnetti has mentioned a place a couple times. I think it was Jimmy's in Deep Ellum, but not 100% sure. So I am basically no help. Carry on.

Jimmy's in Old East Dallas is excellent but you need to know what you want before you get there. Excellent Genoa salami, soppressata and prosciutto and they know how to slice it properly Central Market. Lots to choose from. I just bought some Boars Head. Fairly decent. ALL good advice especially CM where you can see what youre getting Kubys is good too if you live close to the Park Cities and you can pickup some good German sausages while your there
