Here's a similar thread - I have no direct experience, but agree getting in touch with Ken Smith and Clark Rheem seems like sound advise, especially if you want to learn some offshore skills. Ken has many informative vids on Rayburn a bunch featuring Rheem.

Ken doesnt guide my bad on that... but his videos are informative not sure you need a guide.
