A few years back a neighbor said he really loved to fish but never had any opportunities to go. I felt bad and offered to take him with me to Lake Fork one saturday. We caught a few fish during the day, then I said let's get something to eat so we stopped at the Bass Lantern at the Minnow Bucket. We ordered catfish plates and I then witnessed one of the fastest devouring of a plate of food I had ever seen. I said, "wow you eat fast" to which he replied "I'm a good eater". I don't know why but I thought that was the funniest thing I could ever imagine someone being "good" at. I laughed about that for weeks. I still say it once in a while when my wife and I are out for dinner. "I'm a good eater".
