Has anyone been fishing Buchanan I’m going this weekend for a club tournament. Just looking for water temp, water clarity. Any help is appreciated.

I was there last weekend. Water temp 56°-58°, water near the dam was chocolate milk and still stained at the north end of the lake.

If you can cast to it - not sure if you're bank or boat... - but the brickyard is good, it's the circular brick tube by the dam/spillway. Sometimes this time of year they push bait onto the slope that is off the NW corner of the lake. Otherwise try between the 2 bridges along the vegetation on the north side, and then all the way in the creek.
