This is probably a dumb question but i have to ask .
I just bought a used Ranger comanche z22 with all touch control panel on the fuel tank 1 and fuel tank 2 what is the selector switch on the driver arm rest area that says port side - off is in center- starbord which one goes to what tank

Just went thru this rodeo on my 03 520. Take a photo of your dash fuel gauge selector on 1 and 2 and observe the tank selector switch position (Port/Starboard). Run on one tank, until one of the gauges significantly differs; then, select the lower fuel gauge and fill up one tank and monitor the level for change to identify which tank filler is associated with each gauge.

This was my approach to correlating fillers with gauges with tank selection...
