Been there since 2000 , water/sewer covered, most spots 30 amp, front row spots usually have standing water.
Bring a lawn mower. They mow but not very close, out on the point you have to hall sewage. Prices really jumped last couple of years and no improvements in our areas with the exception of reworked dock.
