Where do yall target cats off the bank this time of the year? shallow flats? ledges near channels? or just deeper water. Day and night?

Flats near channels, Points, Drop Offs, Ledges- Day or Nite. Just gotta try different spots. Put Navionics on your phone - if you don't already have it - to see contours, channels etc.......

During warmer weather, I fish in the shallow water up to 10 feet at 7:00 -10:30 am.. Later, cats go to the deeper water.

Try a flat that is near deep water on a bank that is on the southwest side if possible. Fish the afternoon. The warmer water, especially with a light wind blowing onshore will bring in the bait fish and the cats will follow.
You know that old saying "Some people march to the beat of a different drummer."? I don't listen to a drum at all and have meandered through life instead of marching.
