I will be out there tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find out. Last two times I went it was pretty bad. Now with this cold water it might be harder for me. I'm a square bill, rattle trap chunk and wind son of a gun. Hard for me to slow down. Caught a nice pond bass the other day on a craw. Might try that for a couple minutes.

Chaparro75, those will work on Lewisville in the cold water, just look for rocky banks and points, and keep at, make more than 1 pass when fishing. once you get one to commit you can usually get several more. try the old lake too.

We couldn't fish Lewisville. All roads near where we could've launched were closed.
Fished a local pond. Two dudes 6 hours = 1 small bass on a crank.

Looks like the shad are dying off all around the lake.. Caught 6 shallow spinner & crank. Biggest went for about 4.5. Also seems like the bite is happening a bit later then early (maybe due to daylight savings) ?
