I blackened it earlier and it was by far up at the top with the best fish I have eaten. This is the first time I have tried it. I couldn't believe it tasted so good but stank so bad when I cleaned them lol.

I had trigger fish a while back in North carolina, and it was just the best fish I had ever eaten. I cant recall how I cooked it, but still get commnets from my children about eating soem trigger fish.
