Just curious how many of you are using some kind of a lure/bait wrap? And if you are using them what kind are you using?

I use some stickers when I make spoons--much easier than painting
Have thought about wrapping a spoon--would be the easiest lure to wrap

I use these.

I like the Bass Pro's lure wraps. I typically use those on baits with multiple hooks like jerkbaits & topwater rigs that I put in my one rod box that doesn't have rod tubes.

I wrap my lures with a the logo "bite me I taste good"

I use these also, usually only when I have several treble hook baits on the deck and my dogs with me.

Honestly I was thinking more along the lines of this guy also...lol.

Sorry, I was referring to the kind that cover the bait and keep it from snagging on everything it comes in contact with. Not the ones that change the appearance of the lure.

Any trebles going into to the rod box gets one of these over them. Absolutely get picking trebles out of my rod sox.

I have a few of each kind. The BPS ones are actually better, IMO, since they have a artificial chamois lining that resists snagging. Other than that lining, they are pretty much the same and effective.

I'v got some of these. They work OK. Got them on sale last year at Cabela's.

I've used reel wraps before, but only lure wraps I've used were back in the olden days when I needed to keep my Uncle Josh pork moist. Oh yes, and A-rig wraps occasionally.
