Lol.. I love seeing these guys with these high dollar Rangers/Bass Cats, and they have a 1980 ragged out F150 with a million miles to pull it. Why does it matter? Some guys prefer to pull with a beater so that theirs is the last to get broke into at the ramp or because they dont want the door dings and birds eating their window trim. That being said where are the 80 model trucks in thzt plcture. If I parked like that, Id be driving a POS to minimize the damage too.

about as bad as the catfish guide that loads his pontoon on the ramp with 10 people and gear waiting to go and takes up both sides. I know exactly who you are speaking of. Not to worry...his days are numbered the way he treats folks.

50% of bass tournament fisherman cant park correctly,... the other 50% get to the ramp real early...

What is the complaint ??? Looks like plenty of parking in the lot.
Besides everyone is out squirrel hunting this time of year. LOL
That was my first thought too that they did it because the parking lot was empty but I still wouldnt do that Me either. I use to fish Cedar Creek quite a bit. Used that ramp a lot too. If it was overflowing I would go over to log cabin and pay to launch. I just don't let 'hit like that bother me. Life's too short.

Yes there will be fish in those cat tails.
Used to be good fishing along the bridge riprap before they built the new bridge.
Take me fishin I could show you some good spots.

On this board, the vast majority are #1 followed by #4. The one upmanship on this board, with regards to everything from boats and trucks to hooks and swivels is my daily dose of redneck humor. More than once, I'm unloading my boat, and another bass-boater comments, "Ah, y'all going catfishin' huh?". OK. My boat a $25K - Lowes 17.5 footer, 60HP Merc, aluminum-Camo. On the deck is about $5,000 worth of fishing poles (St. Croix) and reels, a Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor, dual Lowrance Elite 7Ti fishfinders, all being pulled by a $70K Ford F250 Super Duty. Why does he think I'm going catfishin'? Going duck hunting would have been a better question, and this time of year, he would have been right. All OK though. I told him "Yeah, we're going catfishin'. Are you going Crappie fishing?" Flippin' pinhead.

It was winter and crappies were biting. Maybe he was kidding. I myself don't have that kind of nerve. To the OP, maybe he was so excited to get out on the water he thought he'd shave 5 seconds off by parking like an idiot.

Bet the guys wife parked the truck. Really Most of us can back and park better than the guys! Debra I'll put my wife's parking and backing skills up against 90% of the guys here. I don't know bud. My wifes pretty good at it too! Better than half my guy friends that fish or hunt!
