I think Mark may be right. Position coaches and coordinators go first and he gets 1 more year with new coordinators.

There have been 6 head coaches ,hundreds of assistant coaches and thousands of players over the last 23 years.There has been only one gm. Could that be the problem? And if my math is wrong......

BREAKING NEWS: The Dallas Cowboys have been announced the NEW Cleveland Browns of the NFL. All fans to Recieve free tickets for 2019. Come on, sandpaper. You can do better than that. Free suites with a big picture of you in there. You were once a golf pro, and a fishing guide, and a Penn St graduate....bwahahahahahahaha. What else have you done in your illustrious career? Surely you've got connections to get this team outta the funk...help us, please! Unfortunately there is not enough money or common sense to turn this Cowboy mess into something respectable. With that said send me my free tickets as I will need fire starter for the cold winter ahead. The Browns make big splashes but nothing more. This leads to years of nothing.
The Cowboys make splashes and put together groups of good players. This leads to mediocrity over the nothing...basically JJ's willingness/ability to spend money to solve a perceived problem. That is why they are able to stay somewhat in the hunt and not be a laughing stock like the Browns.
Until JJ is willing to hand over the reigns to someone that knows what they're doing...being merely competitive is the best they'll achieve.

Posted this on another thread, let's see what you guys think. Is there any head coach in college or the pro's that you wouldn't trade Garrett for ? Ok then, how about high school ?
