Is ivie releasing water? The USGS website shows it went down 1/2 a foot since yesterday.

It is just the lake settling after the surge of water. Hubbard Creek did the same.
Retirement best job ever.

One of the gates was leaking some flow over the weekend but has stopped since Sunday. Lake is settling some and should be expected. Sure does look good from my porch!

Just wait, the two straws called Midland and Odessa will have it sucked down to 30 foot low by summer.

What the heck is going on out at Ivie? Looked at WATERDATAFORTEXAS this morning and it shows almost a 6' drop from yesterday. Something isn't right.
