Can�t get my splitter transducer for side image to work?works on unit just no transducer data receiving information.regular transducer glued inside hull,for going across lake works fine,may unhook regular transducer see if side imaging works then?

Has it ever worked or has it quit working? Are the transducer plugs fully seated in the correct plugs? If so plug the si transducer straight to the unit. That will help identify the issue

No never worked right ,bought boat used.was hooked up at Boris I thing their was something you were supposed to switch every time can�t remember

Shouldn't have to switch anything. You can restore defaults and see if it's a setting. The only setting that would cause this issue would be the transducer selection. It would need to be set on Hi Def sidesxan

For the time being, you can get si, di and 2d from the side scan transducer. Just unplug the the y splitter cable and plug the si transducer to the head unit.
