I think there's a place near 380 & 75, but don't know the name. The storage around Lewisville lake sucks, and expensive. I keep mine up on Roberts.

So I had my boat in outside non covered storage at 121 last year. It was about $80/month and a full 1 year commit. However after the second time of things being stolen from my boat, and them not having cameras on the outside uncovered storage, they moved us into covered storage for the rest of the year. At the end of the year they wanted $200+/Month for covered storage.

There is Sunshine storage that is right before Pier 121, however I passed up and opening and have not been able to hear of an open spot there since, its been 9 months now. They are always full.

I currently use King Bros on the Lake Dallas side of the lake. Right next to West Lake park. Love the people there, and love my spot for the price. I currently pay $386/quarter for Full covered with a garage door 30'x 11'2'' stall with electricity and lighting.

There is also a new storage facility being built of the Lebanon Road peninsula, but I do not know when it will be open or what availability and rates look like.

Most are full this time of year, especially one's who do month to month. Aside from hunters and fisherman, the season is over and mama dont want the toys in the driveway.

Stonebridge RV & Boat Storage. Close to the intersection of Custer and Westridge. Easy in, easy out. It is on the Frisco/McKinney border.
