I havent been to very many different restaurants across DFW but around HEB Los Jimadores is pretty good. Also Los Amigos in Grapevine.

The Kroger brand salsa is really good.
CCTX was giving me grief on a camp out some years back as I had brought the Kroger brand salsa. Thought I was being cheap. But he was impressed. Try it, you might like it too! Good stuff at a great price. Plenty hot too.
But restaurant wise, I dont recall one standing out. Home made by a Mexican lady seems to be the best in my experience.

Central Market's in house fresh salsa and guacamole is amazing.
