 How do you deep clean your boat carpets..

What are you using as a deep cleaning method. I don't want to use anything that will make it come unglued. I have a RT 188 Ranger..

I use vinegar and water to spot treat. Sometimes use spray spot treatment. To clean whole carpet use spot treatment and spray with water hose ( do not use pressure wash) this will loosen glue and make come lose. I drive around get much water out as possible. Then raise trailer help drain. I hook up fan and have blow on for couple days until dried. Never had any problems with this method and no mildew smell

Get in shade, wet carpet, apply tide liquid luandry detergent, scrub in with a scrub brush, let sit for 30 mins, rinse out well. Works great.

Ah, another advantage to owning a bay boat. 5 minutes with a pressure washer and all clean.

Spot clean with carpet spot remover and then soak it all down with buckets of hot water with a cup of white vinegar per gallon. Use a wet/dry vac to remove the dirt with all the water. Vac against the nap and it will really help to stand the carpet back up. Any soap left in the carpet will become sticky and collect dirt.

Bottle of vinager and dawn.Then hit it with the water hose with a nozle, and a shop vac if your feeling ancy
