Anybody have any suggestions on who to call to lift the boat and place back in the water?

Try contacting the GW - we had two deck boats end up in our cove and stuck in the trees. After we called they showed up with a crew and towed both back to their homes

I would query the boat owner database and contact the owner.

Get a close up picture of the TX number on the bow and then post a picture of it.
Someone on here can then go to the Texas Park & Wildlife Website and search for the owner and his/her address and post it up.

DO you have insurance? Check with them because it probably has or will have damage and it might be included in your policy not to mention the neighbors may claim damage to their dock.
