I bought a gallon of Bait Junky's Premium about a year ago with the intent to get back into pouring. It has been setting in the garage since then and has separated. I can shake the heck out of it and it appears to be mixed but separates again after a short time. Thinking this is ruined and I need to get a fresh gallon. Any experience with this? Thanks and good fishin'

Probably need to get a 5 gallon paint stirrer, attach it to a drill and mix the hell out of it. Plastisol separates fairly quick depending on what all additives are in it.

After a year of sitting the hardener element is probably hard packed in the bottom, realistically no amount of stirring will bring it back to it's original form and in the process you'll be aerating it.
