How does all this rain factor into fishing next Spring?

It will play a factor in that the water bodies will be in great shape. We needed the rain. The South Central Water Bodies will be in GREAT shape for the upcoming spring spawn!

Good rain fall equals good healthy water bodies which in turn produce good fish. Just my two cents.
