It doesn't exist as far as I know. We scramble every year to find a house to rent for Champs. My suggestion would be to look for a house to rent. There are several out there with some having private ramps on their lot.

The only place that might have something is anchor inn. I know there is a ramp, I just dont know if they rent cabins. There is a motel on 276 in West Tawakoni with a public ramp just down the road. Personally I would drive from somewhere before I stayed in the immediate lake Tawakoni area. If you have a camper the state park is real good with a great ramp.

Good luck. If it were me I'd pitch a tent in the State Park before I'd spend the night in one of those motels on 276. I did once so I know what I'm talking about. They ain't nice.

Sky Point has some cabins and a boat ramp. Not real sure what the cabins are like. They are not to old.

We always stayed at Shoestring Farms just down from the State Park. Cabins and mobile homes. Very private and very secure. Little old lady makes a breakfast to die for.

I forgot about Shoestring. If you're wanting to stay close to the lake that's your best bet and I would recommend launching at the State Park. Both are safe.

I always stay in Canton, just don't stay there on first Monday weekend, they triple the rates.

Shoestring Farms is the best place to stay around the Lake.

Come stay in Greenville. Not to far of a drive, good lodging, and places to eat.
