The Humminbird on the bow is hooked to my Ultrex so that I can follow contours/go to way points, etc. I am really only using it for mapping. I use the other Lowrance on the bow for sonar.

I do a lot of sonar logging and Lowrance is very compatible with third party map generator programs (Bird is not). It is nice to have a Navionics chip and a Lake Master chip. Fishingking Extreme Angler Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 2,157	I use HB on front and back to use Lake Master. I mounted my I-Pad next to my HB on the Console to use Navionics as a comparison. Every once in a while one will so something the other wont. I can mark way points on my I-Pad and take it home with me to view at my leisure.

I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed. Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.
