Im a FIRM believer that they're always biting somewhere! It might take some time to find them but thats what makes it fun right? As much as this picture doesn’t show it, This was the toughest day of Fishing since I’ve been guiding. With the 3+ inches of rain that got dumped on Granbury yesterday parts of the lake were muddy and fish were very scattered. Combine that with no sunshine and a north wind = very bad crappie fishing conditions! After running up and down the lake looking for active fish today we found them at 12:20 And it was game on! Rebecca and Armando you guys are awesome, Thank you for having patience and faith in me to deliver. I enjoyed the company very much! All our fish were caught on Mr.Crappie small finesse hair jigs and small Minnows under a slip cork.

You found them in shallow flooded vegetation clinging tight to cover is my guess.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

Thanks Guys I was very proud of what was laying on that table, and leaning post we caught them in 15 fow 11 deep on cover. we found a lot of fish but I believe they were stressed, we had a lot of fish just nipping and head butting the jig as i call it. the sun literally came out for and hour right at noon and they just decided it was time to eat
