 Looking for Boat Storage Near Sam Rayburn

Does anyone know of or recommend an enclosed boat storage near Sam Rayburn? It needs to be on the southwest side of the lake (accessible from Houston).

There are several on hwy 255 after you cross the dam, near the stump, some others nearby when you turn onto 1007 from 255 and they just finished the first section of many at 255 and 96. All are kept up really nice.

Does anyone have a working number for Sherer's? The number that I found online is not a working number?
