good salsa burns you once. Great salsa burns you twice.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.
If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.
God doesn't create temporary people, you will spend eternity somewhere. Choose wisely.

I need to send some sales to someone. They prefer spicy. Anyone have any advice on who makes something that might be local, or unique? I can always send Pace, but Im hoping to do a little better. That's awful nice of you and you can deliver it to me on Sunday morning. My prefered brand is Sadie's Salsa from Albuquerque but you can find it at WalMart. If they don't have it, the 505 Salsa is pretty good. "Thank You" in advance (but I am sure it's payment for fishing your new fishing rod out of Lake Fork for you). We will be having dinner at Sadie's here in 2 weeks. Gonna tear up some crane adovado.

If they don't buy anything, send them some special Chipotle's E Coli Salsa. It is yummo.

Just shove a bunch of taco sauce packets you can steal from Taco Bell in an envelope and send it to him. Make sure you grab the spicy ones if he is looking for spicy sauce.

I prefer to make my own but sometimes I like something different. I don't care for chunky salsa like Pace. San Mateo and Texas Texas are what I normally buy.

Also, try the Blake's carne adovado breakfast burrito. Good stuff so I brought back a dozen and stuck them in the freezer but I went through them pretty quickly. BTW - You may tear up some carne adovado but ultimately the carne adovado will tear you up.

It was lunch on many days. Love their green chile on my burgers where too. Surprisingly Twisters has a killer carne adovado burrito. I am sure that will be breakfast on the way out of town the last day we are there...it usually is.

Eldorado Eagle here so it was Dion's or Furr's but there was a Blake a 1/2 mile from our house so I had it often and yep, green chile went on everything around our house. You opened the refrigerator and there was always a bowl of green chile to add to anything you were eating. When me and my wife go back we plan our meals for the week on the drive there. Powdrells, Gardunos, Sadies, Twisters, Blakes, Mac's Steak in the Rough, Garcia's (best huevos rancheros) and Sandia Casino for their Frito Pies usually is the top of our list.

We lived over near Trumbull Park on Rhode Island St. Still have some lifelong friends that have grown up and bought places on the same street. I miss a lot of the time we lived there. Can be a fun place. I went to Van Buren Middle School. That whole area is so different now. We go back 3-4 times per year.
