  After reading everyones post here for months all of you forced me to buy a kayak and I went kayak fishing for the first time yesterday. I had a great time at Lake Naconiche, I only caught a hand full but getting out there was a blast. I now see that having a anchor is not a option it is a must have and I will be looking at them today. I was surprised how fast I could go in the kayak and I found that if I did not stop it when I got to where I wanted to go it would glide way past where I wanted it to stop. I look forward to my next outing. Paul
