Im running 5 batteries in my new boat. 3 series for trolling motor and 2 in parallel for my cranking battery to run my graphs. My question is will my 4 bank charger still charge my 2 cranking batteries??? I assume it will it would just take a little longer to reach full charge since its double the capacity???

Its possible to do that but you really dont want to. Modern chargers have electronics that use algorithms to analyze the battery and charge it in the best way possible. If you put the batteries in parallel on the charger it will likely end up with overcharging one battery and undercharging the other. Your best bet would be to find a small 1 bank like the NOCO genM1 to charge the 5th battery. That way each of your batteries is charged by its own bank.
