Can I fish in this tournament if I don't have a smart phone?

Yes, you would still need to be able to register from a computer before the event starts. The only other way to submit pics is turning in your camera's sd card so the TD can manually submit your pics through a laptop.You will need to notify the TD during the captian's meeting that you will be submitting pics manually and you will also need to get back early so the TD will have enough time to submit the pics for you.
