Any suggestions on a good lake with affordable lakefront property in this part of the country. I just looked at a lot on Leon that sold for 55,000 and wasn’t even a good lot, talk about overpriced .

Mercer preserve on Lake Comanche Tx. 285 acre gated community private lake. 2.5 acre lots go for 35-50k
I’ve had 3 DD fish out of there. My best 5 fish string was 36lbs
Kerry Kersh is a great Realitor that lives in the community as well.

Owning a lake lot is a great way to get rid of your addiction to fishing.

Owning a lake lot is a great way to get rid of your addiction to fishing. This isn't true in at all. We have an acre on Cypress Springs and are out there probably 35 weekends a year and I fish at least 1 day each and every one of those weekends. And that doesn't take into account the few weeks a year where we stay out there for a week. I will admit that we have a service that takes care of the yard though.

Owning a lake lot is a great way to get rid of your addiction to fishing. That is true all you need do is look at all the boats hanging in boathouses that haven’t been wet for years
I got all day I’m retired
