Regulator- One who believes they should ride in the LH lane and do just under the speed limit because by God they know their rights, to regulate the speed of the 100+ cars behind them wondering who is that idiot in the first vehicle impeding the flow of traffic.

Chicago has the coolest drivers. Running the middle lane of I 90 in heavy bumper to bumper slow moving and stopping traffic a four wheeler in front of me had a flat.
I thought he was going to try to make it to the shoulder but that proved impossible. So he just stopped in front of me and used some sign language to tel me he was going to change the flat right there.

I turned on my warning flashers and sat there and watched as the guy popped the trunk, proceeded to change the flat. When he got done waved a thank you and got back in his car and drove off.
