Concrete an I-bolt in the center of the drive way so as the ring is the only part that sicks out above the bricks then chain trl to it. Awesome! My dad would triangulate the anchoring, so three I bolt load distribution anchoring would be protocol.

If chocks, blocks and chains are not enough to hold it, nothing you can do to the front little wheel is going to change anything.

Pop up security barriers with the tire spikes. That way if it gets stolen they will be riding on the rims before getting out of the drive way. Just follow the groves to the perp.

Have you thought about just dropping a regular anchor over the side of the boat into the grass and tying off to a cleat?
Or dual power poles into the flowerbeds? It'd have to be a land anchor. Regular anchors don't hold well on land.
Stress less, relax more. Go fishing.

You should have been an engineer, because you sure do know how to overthink things. Wrong!!!! Most engineers are educated idiots that can't change their own oil or flat tire. They can't even pour water out of a boot with directions on the bottom of said boot
God loves you just as much as anybody else!!
Jesus offered His life as a gift for you. Please accept it!

If you chock the trailer wheels so that the cannot move either forward or backward then there's no need to worry about the front wheel. It won't be able to move if the trailer wheels can't.
"Life is a matter of luck and the odds of success are in no way enhanced by extreme caution." - Erich Topp, German U-boat Commander, 1943.
When in doubt, set the hook.

Well, it wouldn't be able to move in the direction of the locked trailer wheels; but, could potentially still move laterally. Picked up the plastic doughnut from Academy on my lunch break.

Just chain the tongue to a stake or tree. Why block both wheels with chocks and blocks?
