Very well done!
I'd only suggest cam straps. Faster, lighter, roll up into a tight little package that can be kept in the door storage pockets of a car or truck . . . and hold better for something light like your kayak.
You'd save 16 seconds. Ha!
Going out this way, minimalist, is so fun and I have done it many times, ensures that you'll actually use a kayak very often, not let it sit in the garage unused because of the time it takes to set it up, transport it, fish, then reverse the process and go home.
Another great fishing kayak for a set up like this would be the Eddyline Caribbean Angler series, either the 12' or 14' weighing 45 and 50 lbs. respectively.

Thanks Brad R! Like the cam straps suggestion. Minimal gear and quicker load/unload makes a difference in using a kayak!
