The wife got me one today. Seasoning it so tomorrow I can try bacon and pancakes while everyone else is going to work.

You will enjoy it. I use mine weekly. Cool. How do you clean it? Read the book but was afraid I'd have to scrub it with a grill brick or something.

Squirt water on it while it is hot and wipe off with paper towels.Good tips on Youtube
