I will be launching around the Hwy 6 bridge. Any info for a successful trip would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Treat it like any other lake fish your main lake points, ledges, and creek channels

I'd use electronics out deep on drops in 15-25ft and don't be afraid to go even deeper if around the river channel. Especially down south. Been tough over there this summer. Couple guides told me you just don't see many out there anymore. Know a guy that's been there 10 days and his best day was 7 bites. Good luck

Spent five days there last week, normally we can catch numbers and a few big fish either from schooling spots or large mouth out deep but it was a tough bite. Managed 20 lbs one day on 5 fish but cloud cover and luck was responsible. My advice is fish at night.
