 Had a great time out with Dad last Saturday morning, just getting back into fishing after many years off and getting the hang of things again is fun. Fishing was pretty slow for the most part but did manage a few with Dad catching this nice one around 7lbs. I broke off my best fish on a square bill at the boat trying to horse her in, not sure how big she would have been but I could see it was a good one. But sure have been fun learning the ropes again and spending time with my Dad and getting my 11 year old into fishing. Ready for fall now get the temps down and the fish up shallow!
