IV drip with B12works better than anything I would concur I have taken the injectable B12 and it's a instant cure, but you have to be in Mexico or other country to buy the stuff OTC They have places in Frisco area that offer the IV drip and they come to your house

Pedialyte now offers powdered packets, which work very well... they are a little pricey but work wonders

Elete is the morning after additive for water. Best Hydration product I have found. It's in my signature. I use this and it is good stuff!!!
