Oyster bar serves good chips and salsa, has stout frozen margaritas and great scenery. Never had a bad meal there.
Herby K's is more fried, but get a shrimp buster with onion rings and a big goblet of beer and you won't leave upset. Excellent raw oysters, marinated crab claws, seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffe, and soft shell crab. Beware, it is a hole in the wall Place in the hood, but they do have an off duty cop sitting in a car outside.
