Attach some pvc to the fence every 10 feet or so and weave a short garden fence down onto said "posts" and then electrify.
Actually might be easier to weave pipes before standing up.
Let your lawn crew help.
P.S. Really nice house for sale out in The Colony on Frederick Circle just off 69. Even has a covered parking $shop OT in the back yard for a boat. I will check out the house, we are moving out the week after this. The date keeps getting pushed back. Its hard to look at houses from a distance. My parents live about a mile from where we are holing up. I may keep the dogs there until we can get things lined out. if your parents are willing, that's your best option.

Did I mention this guy is already mad that my father would not rent the house Im going to move into to his brother? I probably should have. Apparently, the background check didnt turn out so good.
Nothing about this move has gone smoothly.

I was watching Dr. Pol on Saturday and some lady was dumb enough to put a young pit bull pup in her backyard with an adult pit bull. Results were not good. Pits are pits and never to be trusted. I had an aunt that lives in Ca. and she raised Pits. When she was there they were fine. When I visited I had to be introduced to the dogs.

Sounds like there really isn't any hope of letting Oskar roam free in the back. Seems he will need to be exclusively indoors, only to go out front on a leash to take care of business. Letting him stay with your folks would be the second option, but he is already under stress from the move. A new environment and "new" people may land him in lock up again.

Buy some good computer speakers and play high-frequency sounds toward the pits. Do it 24-7. I don't know what the outcome would be, but it would make for a good experiment. A more sure-fire solution would be to toss a couple of rattlesnakes into the pit's yard. With luck, you might even get rid of the owner.

Sometimes you need to fight fire with fire, seek out other owners of vicious pits until you find the biggest meanest killers in town.
Rent said killer pits for a few hours, conveniently loosen the fence until the neighboring pits are dispatched,....
I never met a fish I didn't like,........
