I guess you would actually call the pond a small lake. It's probably around 10 to 12 acres although I'm not very good at sizing them like that. We have went back several times and we always catch between 30 and 40 in a about 4 hours. Biggest go from 5.5 lbs to 8 lbs., average is about 4 to 4.5 lbs.

Why come you guys didn't eat the bass? You can actually make the pond better by harvesting some of the bass.

During the late spring till late fall we will not eat anything out that lake due to the chemicals that the tree farms use during that time. They use very little to none during the winter so we will take some then. Mostly we take them out of there every once in a while and stock them in other lakes that friends of ours own/build and want help stocking.

That actually is the 5th one we have caught in the last 3 years that was over 2 1/2 pounds out of that lake.
