Hey guys!
I'm wondering if anyone knew any decent spots for bass around here. So far I've tried the following: Harmon River Mouth Log Jam @ Horseshoe due North Bearkat Camp 19 Bridge (old and new) Bethy Creek (Quarry rocks and the docks) Carolina Creek (Just some docks on the south west side) Thomas Lake (all up and down)
Any suggestions? Fishing has been really slow lately.

Cant help with the Trinity but when I lived in Huntsville we used to go to the state park all the time. It had some good fish in it back then, caught 6-8#'ers all the time. Other then that try Harmon at FM 980, great when the whites are running but you can sneak some little ones out of that area year around.

It's not nearly as good as it used to be. Very, very pressured. Still a good place to fish though, if you like frogs and punching it's your place for sure.

It's looks like you have hit/found everything up there. White Rock and Caney are just a little south of there. Back in the day, during the summer when the river got clear we could catch a few at the mouth of every cut that opened up on the river. Sometimes the smaller the cut was the better.

The river is gorgeous and fun to fish. Last month it was really good fishing, mainly the creek openings to the river like you said and the docks at Carolina. Recently it's been so-so. Yesterday was nothing, time before that I caught maybe 10 fish. I was thinking of concentrating efforts on the mouths and deeper spots since it's getting hot and the shallow bite seems to be turning off.
