Does anyone know where I can still buy the apocalypto slabs that were made by Moe’s lures? I heard all his molds were sold. Very interested in buying 100 of these if anyone knows who might have a mold.

You can Google that name and find them online. Gene, if I am not mistaken I believe they are the 2.5 to 3 oz slabs used by Texoma guides.

They are 1.7 oz and 4.5 inches long. Yeah..I was gonna say I know it’s less than 2oz’s. That’s a good lure...great for speed jogging in the summer when Fish suspend.

The Moe slab is lighter than the original Kansas Style we call them which are 2 sizes the original shown that size is thicker about 2.10 oz the smaller about 1.75 oz they are not cheap. I can weigh some of mine if anyone needs exact weights. Soldier Creek Marina used to have them now changed owners and the Exxon station on 120 and 1417 had them going to Pottsboro, not sure possibly the Tackle Box had them at one time also. The original is still made in Kansas, there is quite a difference in the originals.

Well Dwssoc I don't know why the PM didn't go, but I sent another one. Also I can't get my pics to upload and display on the forum. Crazy darn computers. I have not had any trouble in the past at all. If you didn't get it let me know and I will send it to your phone. Garry

These are Blasingame's go to slabs on Texoma. Here's the 1.7 oz Apocalypto slab from Moes and one from TNT that I have as souvenirs. Both are about a decade old.
